Return

1. How to Return:

All our products must pass a strict Quality Control before being dispatched and hence we do not accept returns.

However in the unlikely event that you receive a product which is Damaged or Defective or in the wrong style or size from the one ordered, you may return the product to our Head Office in Jaipur.

In such an event, kindly inform us of the problem by email at care@cottonsjaipur.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag and invoice.

2. How to Exchange:

Exchange is only possible if the size is not fit for you and one you want to exchange it for is in stock. For exchange of an order, you need to raise an exchange request within 48hrs of receiving the order by emailing us at care@cottonsjaipur.com

You cannot return an order.

3. Refund:

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 15 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
